Processing unit UVET-005

To obtain fine powders from any plant and animal raw materials, UVET-005 processing units are used in several modifications and different capacities. For each product or groups of certain products, preliminary technological preparation is required.

Maintenance of the UVET-005 processing units is simple; control is easy-to-understand to almost any person after express training.

Preserving unit

PRESERVING UNITS of various capacities are designed for conservation (canning) of agricultural raw materials of vegetable and animal origin in a pasty state after crushing into pulp or extraction of juice.

After the processing the paste is packaged in polyethylene bags or containers and then can be stored without any chemical preservatives under normal storage conditions (room temperature) for six months, a year or a longer period which was proved by experiments.

The PRESERVING UNITS are made in a tubular frame encased with sound- and heat-insulated panels equipped with hinges and locks.

Example of preservation of plant raw materials:

Tomatoes are processed into paste right in the field with the use of PRESERVING UNIT in mobile facilities, are packed in airtight containers and delivered to the warehouse.

Tomato paste is made in the PRESERVING UNIT from whole tomatoes, including skin and seeds of tomatoes that are rich in anti-cancer antioxidant useful to humans — lycopene that protects the human body from cancer by 37 %.

Example of processing raw materials of animal origin:

Raw meat with removed bones and other unnecessary components is ground into minced meat in a meat grinder and processed into pasty state in the PRESERVING UNIT, packed in the airtight container and delivered to the warehouse.
