To obtain high quality powders of plant and animal origin we use activation method of drying.

The main feature of this method is the process in which an infinitely developed evaporation surface is created in a small volume of the cylindrical activator of the UVET processing unit during dehydration of the product with its simultaneous grinding into powder.

At the same time, the activation method provides for continuous mechanical opening of the capillaries of the solid parts of the processed raw materials,with simultaneous evaporation of the water released from the capillaries, which, in the form of a shell of a vapor-air mixture, protects each dried particle from the action of a thermal agent, due to which the temperature on the surface of the dried particle does not exceed 20 - 25°С.

UVET technology based on the activation drying method make it possible to obtain finely dispersed powders from various agricultural products, while all useful substances are preserved in the powders - vitamins, biologically active substances, flavoring, aromatic and other components.

During processing, products do not oxidize. Technological processes are environmentally friendly and do not pollute the environment.

The main advantage of UVET technology is that the dehydration of plant raw materials and grinding it into powder occurs with complete preservation of the cell structure - a genetically complete cell of life, which allows not only to completely preserve the bioenergetics of the raw materials - all vitamins, macro- and microelements, organic acids and others nutrients contained in the raw materials, but also many times increase the total energy charge of the product, and this gives a double positive effect on the human body.
