History of the Invention

Technology developer Alexander Yudin is a professional engineer who worked for a long time in the system of the Ministry of Atomic Energy and Industry of the USSR.

At first, he was directly involved in the development and manufacture of electrical installation products, mechanical equipment for electrical fitting works and commissioning works for the state district power stations under construction.

Later he was engaged in design, architectural supervision of construction and technological instrumentation of depots for electrical fitting works at nuclear power plants under construction. He also developed new equipment for electrical fitting works at nuclear power plants.

Then Alexander Yudin worked as the director of a plant that produced electrical products, mechanization and control equipment, equipment for mounting transformers, auto-hydraulic lifts, CMD&A (control and measuring devices & automatic equipment).

In the early 1990s, he took up the development and implementation of medical devices. One of the products that he developed, tested and registered with the Committee for New Medical Technology of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine was the Unit for Active Flow Cavity Drainage, which healed human intracavitary wounds and tumors 15-20 times faster than traditional methods. The devices were put into serial production. Many hospitals in Ukraine were equipped with them.

In the course of the above activities Alexander Yudin talked a lot with dedicated experts - doctors, pharmacists, nutritionists. This led him to the idea of creating school lunches with a full daily ration of nutrients: vitamins, macro- and microelements, biologically active substances, minerals, etc.

As a result of his engineering research for several years, a new technology for obtaining dry powder from plants and livestock products was developed, based on the activation method of dehydration of raw material with its simultaneous grinding, in which the powder retains all the properties of the original raw material.

Alexander Yudin named the technology and equipment UVET. The method and device of the activation method are protected by 16 patents of Ukraine as well as eight patents in other countries.

Alexander Yudin also wrote the monograph “Innovative technologies and design features of equipment for the production of food powders”, which was released in 2010.

In 2012-2013 Research Institute of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences deeply and comprehensively studied powders made using UVET technology on 180 rats and determined that UVET powders are the best in the world, since all the constituent elements of the original agricultural raw materials are preserved in the powders and can be stored in normal conditions for a long time. The Institute approved the mentioned technology for its use in the food industry.

Thus, a unique UVET technology has appeared on the market, which allows you to produce healthy balanced nutrition from powdered plant and animal agricultural products without harmful heat treatment.
