Organic Waste Purification & Utilization

Currently, many countries, including the European Union, are facing acute environmental problems associated with environmental pollution with waste, namely:

Most of this waste can be utilized and processed using our technology to obtain raw materials for the production of granular organic fertilizers. Such fertilizers are widely used for growing environmentally friendly plant agricultural products with improved technical and economic indicators (crop productivity, resistance to weather conditions, quality and competitive prices of finished products).

Versatile Cavitation Unit (VCU)

Disinfection and purification of organic waste and effluent is carried out using Versatile Cavitation Units (VCU), which have a wide range of applications.

The power of the main drive varies from 4 kW to 315 kW.

The technological cycle is quite simple.

A fecal pump with blades pumps a certain portion of liquid biological waste in a volume of up to 300 liters/kilograms into a conical tank. From the conical container, the waste is fed by a vertical screw into the activator of the VCU machine. In the activator, the waste undergoes physical treatment due to which harmful microorganisms present in the liquid waste are killed - they are simply torn apart at the molecular level, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, urea will be neutralized, due to which fetid odors disappears.

The portion of liquid waste poured into the container repeatedly passes through the activator with a period that is set by the automatic control system. Then, having received the required disinfection, the waste is unloaded from the VCU automatically. Then the next portion of the waste is loaded into the loading container to repeat the process.

Three-year tests of the VCU-30 and VCU-75 machines (with a capacity of the main drive of 30 kW and 75 kW) developed and manufactured by us, have shown efficiency in the disinfection of toxic waste at one of the Biomass Power Plants in the European Union (Slovakia). Microorganisms present in the waste were destroyed at the molecular level, fetid odor disappeared, liquid began to smell like coffee, as a result, the waste turned into the basis for obtaining liquid fertilizers.

VCU machines can be used in biomedicine, animal husbandry, crop production, fish breeding, as well as for obtaining clean, soft, medicinal water, desalination of sea water, obtaining water-coal fuel and producing foam concrete blocks.

The VCU aggregate consists of an activator and two conical tanks installed on the activator. It is made in the sound-, heat-insulating casing made of stainless rectangular pipes and covered with original stainless sandwich panels. Overall dimensions: width 1.5 m; length 2.0 m; height 1.8 m.
